It is common for cruise lines, airlines, tour operators and event organizers to charge cancellation fees.
These fees may apply if you cancel your 2027 CR Dentistry Update Mediterranean Cruise.

Cruise Reservation
In addition to any course cancellation fees, cruise reservation cancellation fees may also apply. Outlined below is the cruise cancellation fee schedule for the 2027 CR Dentistry Update Mediterranean Cruise. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to Doug@DouglasTravel.com.
Princess Vacation Protection:
Because life can be uncertain at times, Princess Cruises offers two travel insurance plans:
Cancellation Protection and Platinum Protection. Cancellation Protection allows guests to cancel for any reason at least 72 hours before travel and receive a refund. Platinum Protection allows guests to cancel for a covered reason and receive a refund or cancel for a non-covered reason and receive 100% future cruise credit. Platinum Protection also provides additional coverage during the cruise such as medical emergencies, trip interruption, and more. The cost of these insurance plans are based on the cruise fare.
