Clinicians Report (CR) and the CR Cruise Department

 

In offering these travel arrangements for sale Clinicians Report (CR) and the CR Cruise Department (a division of Cruise & Travel Masters) act only in the capacity of an agent of the cruise line/travel provider/tour operator, etc. Clinicians Report (CR) and the CR Cruise Department reserve the right to make changes to the program if minimum participation requirements are not met, substitute course presenters if necessary, and any other adjustments that may arise. 

 

Because of our status as agent, and because we maintain no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of the travel service suppliers, Clinicians Report (CR) and the CR Cruise Department (a division of Cruise & Travel Masters) can assume no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of:

 

1. Any wrongful or negligent act or omission on the part of the tour operator.

2. Any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employed by the tour operator.

3. Any defect or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operator or otherwise used by the tour operator.

4. Any bankruptcy or insolvency of the tour operator.

5. Any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any party not under the control, direct or otherwise of Clinicians Report (CR) and CR Cruise Department (a division of Cruise & Travel Masters).
