In offering these travel arrangements for sale, Clinicians Report (CR), CR Dentistry Update and the CR Cruise Department (Douglas Travel) act only in the capacity of agent for the travel service providers (cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). 

 

Because of our status as agent, and because we maintain no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of the travel service providers, Clinicians Report (CR), CR Dentistry Update and the CR Cruise Department (Douglas Travel) can assume no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of:

 

• Any wrongful or negligent act of omission on the part of the tour operator.

• Any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employed by the tour operator.

• Any defect or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operator or otherwise used by the tour operator.

• Any bankruptcy or insolvency of the tour operator.

• Any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any party not under the control, direct or otherwise of Clinicians Report (CR), CR Dentistry Update and the CR Cruise Department (Douglas Travel).
